Housing

The Hague is a nice city to live. It has beaches, forest, impressive architecture. But like every city, there are many different neighbourhoods you can choose from. This is, of course, your own choice.

On googlemaps you can explore the locations, neighbourhoods and streets of The Hague.

Where do students live?
60% of the 25.000 in The Hague still live at home. The remaining 10.000 mainly live in the Centre, Zeeheldenkwartier, Laakkwartier, Regentessekwartier and Bezuidenhout. Other parts of the town are: Benoordenhout, Vogelwijk, Statenkwartier and Archipelbuurt. In these parts of The Hague you will find less students compared to the others. Benoordenhout, Vogelwijk, Statenkwartier and Archipelbuurt are more for families and starters. Other parts of the town are: Schilderswijk, Transvaal, Laakkwartier, Spoorwijk, Moerwijk and Duindorp.
